Donate ONLINE ඔන්ලයින් ක්‍රමයට පන්සලට ආධාර කිරීම

ඔබට ඉතා පහසුවෙන්  PAD සාමාජිකයෙක් ලෙස මාසිකව පන්සලට ආධාර කළ හැකිය. අප වඩාත්ම කැමති වන්නේත් ඔබ මේ PAD ක්‍රමයට අපට ආධාර කිරීමට හැකි නම්ය. ඔබ කළ යුතු වන්නේ පහත ඇති Form එක පුරවා, Voided Cheque එකක් සමඟ පන්සලේ EMAIL එකට ඊමේල් කරන්න

The Pre-Authorized Debit  program is an easy way for you to support your temple. When you sign up  for PAD, your donation will be automatically debited from your bank on  the 10th of every month with the amount you selected. You can change  your donations at any time by notifying us in writing.

Pre-Authorized  Debit payments will be used to apply for the new mortgage we'll need to  buy the new temple as well as temple upkeep and monthly expenses.

It’s quick and easy to set up and painless to maintain. To contribute to this worthwhile cause:

1. Download and print our Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement form, attached here.
2. Fill out the form as clearly as possible, and sign it.
3. Send the form and a voided cheque back to us by mail or email. If sending by email, take a photo/scan of the completed form (and your voided cheque) and send to ottawabuddhistmonastery@gmail.com. If sending by postal mail, fill out the PAD form and send to the following address with a voided cheque:

You can alter or cancel your monthly giving arrangement at any time simply by notifying  Ottawa Theravada Buddhist Vihara and Cultural Center Inc.. Please allow at least 5 business days’ notice to prevent a given month’s withdrawal from your account. You  also have the right to receive reimbursement for any debit that is not  authorized or is not consistent with the PAD Agreement.
